Aqua Luna Online Ticketing System

We have recently completed an online ticketing system and Reservation Management System for Aqua Luna (http://www.aqualuna.com.hk). The system features a fully customized Content Management System, Customer Relationship Manager and Digital Reservation Book. Using the completely web-based system, Aqua Luna is able to receive advance purchase ticket payments, analyze the transaction history for each cruise and customer and integrate the transaction data with offline or email marketing campaigns. Additionally, onboard staff can validate tickets on a mobile device which feeds the real-time database so that administrators can easily and quickly view sales information anywhere, anytime.
